El Tepozan Ranch Rules
1. All corn other than soured will be purchased from the Ranch unless permission is otherwise given.
2. No 2 or 3 wheeled motorized vehicles permitted on the Ranch unless permission is specifically given and then only on roads and senderos.
3. All guest's vehicles will maintain speeds as posted or no more than 15 MPH.
4. All guests' vehicles will yield right of way to commercial vehicles.
5. No driving on wet roads without permission.
6. No off-road driving will be permitted with any type of vehicle.
7. All gates shall be left in the same position as when approached.
8. Dram locks and crossbows are not permitted on the Ranch. Crossbows may be permitted with written authorization from a medical doctor.
9. Everyone must register upon arrival with the hunting guide unless already registered for this visit.
10. Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a mature manner; no fighting or threats of violence will be tolerated.
11. All State and Federal laws will be strictly enforced.
12. All game animals must be reported to the hunting guide for hunting data.
13. All game must be field dressed.
14. Waste of game animals: it is a violation to fail to keep all edible portions of a game animal in an edible condition until it reaches its final destination.
15. No tracking of animals across a fence or after dark without a staff member present.
16. Blood trailing dogs will be available at hunter's expense.
17. If you draw blood on an animal whether retrieved or not, will be considered your allowed kill.
18. No cleaning of game within 100 yards of pens or water containers (metal or concrete).
19. No littering. If you see trash, please pick it up and dispose of it properly.
20. Deer skulls and drop antlers may be kept at ranch owners' discretion.
21. Absolutely no Firearms.
22. One buck per visit -8 points or better and minimum 15" inside spread.
23. Management fee of $750.00 for any buck below minimum.
24. One adult doe per visit depending on annual survey.
25. Management fee of $100.00 for any female fawn.
26. Stay in your area. Do not shoot over or across any fences.
27. No hunting after dark during Whitetail Season.
28. Hunters will responsible for their own bedding, toiletries and food.
29. Remove all your trash from the premises and leave the Ranch House clean and in the condition found.
30. No coolers in the Ranch House.
31. No muddy boots in the Ranch House.
32. No alcohol in the pasture.
33. No smoking in the Ranch House. Butt cans will be outside. (NO BUTTS ON GROUND)
34. No vehicle washes.
35. No pets.
36. You will be responsible for payment for any livestock harmed or killed by hunter or hunter guest.
37. Do not eat or drink other hunter's food without permission. Any left-over food will be removed at the end of the Hunt by owner.
38. Any violation of the rules will result in expulsion from the Ranch without refund.
