Lodging

Guests of El Tepozan Ranch can stay at the hunting lodge located a few hundred feet from the front gate. The lodge contains a co-ed bunk room with four bunk beds which can accommodate up to eight hunters. Cots are available for additional guests if necessary. Guests should bring their own linens and toiletries. The air conditioned lodge has two full bathrooms, one of which is accessible from outside. The kitchen includes a microwave, range and refrigerator, and there is a small freezer outside for storing ice of other frozen items. Cookware, dishes, and utensils are included; but guests should bring their own food and paper consumables. The ranch is close to town where additional supplies may be purchased if necessary.

A covered patio extends across the front of the lodge and to the side is a fire pit surrounded by short walls to block the “blue northers”. All exterior areas are well lit including a forty-yard practice range and cleaning station; and there are numerous electrical outlets for accessories. There is plenty of mesquite firewood stacked nearby and two bar-b-que grills are available, in addition to one over the fire pit.
